Your data
Data deletion instructions
You can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you. Here is how.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hello@mostlyproven.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Tell us which account or data this is about, for example your Instagram or Facebook username, or the email address you wrote to us from. Please don’t send passwords or access tokens.
- We may reply to confirm that the request really comes from you. We will not ask for more than we need for that.
What happens next
- We delete the data we hold about you and confirm by email. This normally happens within one month.
- If a legal duty requires us to keep something (for example business correspondence), we tell you what and for how long. It is then blocked from any other use.
Which data this covers
- Emails and messages you sent to us.
- Data in our publishing tool that comes from the official Meta API: comments under our posts (comment text, public username or ID, time) and anything else tied to you that we stored from our own Instagram or Facebook accounts.
- Access tokens we hold for an account you connected to our tool, if any.
This website itself sets no cookies and has no user accounts or forms. See the privacy policy for details.
What we can’t delete
Instagram and Facebook are run by Meta. Your profile, your likes and your public comments on our posts live on Meta’s platforms. You can delete your own comments there, and you can manage or delete your Meta data in your Instagram or Facebook settings. If you remove our app under “Apps and websites” in your Facebook settings, tell us and we will delete what we stored for it.
